Missed out on The Foundation skin last time. Any word on if Dwayne Johnson's character is returning to the item shop? Been saving my V-Bucks just in case. Thoughts?

The Rock's Foundation skin was a Battle Pass exclusive in Chapter 3 Season 1, so it won't be returning to the item shop. Battle Pass skins typically don't come back.
However, there's a chance we could see a new version of The Rock in Fortnite. Epic sometimes releases variations of popular skins. Keep an eye out for potential new Rock-themed skins in the future.
In the meantime, The Rock's Black Adam skin was available in October 2022, but it's uncertain if it'll return due to changes in the DC film plans.
