This is a fighting game published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and runs on a heavily modified version of Unreal Engine 3.

The game is a long-running series, and this 11th installment is a sequel to Mortal Kombat X, available for Microsoft Windows PCs, Google Stadia, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
